My Story
I’ve known since the age of five that I was called to teach and speak. That calling has guided every step of my journey—even when the path wasn’t easy.
As a young mom of three by the age of 24, I faced challenges that required resilience, courage, and determination. I showed up every day committed to growing, refusing to stay “stuck,” and learning how to navigate corporate spaces where my story wasn’t always the norm. Over time, I rose into senior leadership, ultimately serving as Vice President of Diversity and Learning & Development—leading culture shifts, building programs, and partnering with executives to drive meaningful change.
But along the way, I realized something: leaders didn’t need more training—they needed a shift in how they think, lead, and show up.
That’s why I created Leadershift Focused Solutions LLC. My mission is to help leaders move from “stuck” to “unstuck” through thought-provoking learning experiences that drive real behavior change and lasting impact.
